100% Guaranteed Return Policy
We want you completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are accepted for refund (minus shipping fees) if returned in saleable condition within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us at [email protected] to obtain return authorization prior to shipping. All return shipments must be insured.
Sales Tax in Arizona
As a business solely based in Arizona, we charge the applicable Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax to web orders delivered within the state.
Payments and Authorization Process
Paying for your order is simple and secure. At checkout, we only run an authorization on your card. You will not be fully charged until your order is verified and final shipping is determined (see shipping).
Other Payment Options
Check or Money Orders - You can select the Check or Money Order selection at checkout and will be notified of total order costs by email before being asked to send payment. No shipments will take place until final payment is made and clears banking.
Short Term Holds and Layaways Checkout Option
We believe art should be accessible to everyone. You can select short term hold / layaway at checkout if you need extra time to pay, want to combine purchases to save on shipping, or prefer to make payments over a few months, we're happy to work with you. Flexible payment requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Some restrictions apply, including items shipped directly from vendors and artists.

Shipping Estimates - You Only Pay Actual Shipping and Handling
Given shipping pricing varies greatly due to size, volume, weight, and distance, an estimated shipping fee is assessed at checkout. In the end, you will only be charged for actual shipping and handling once the order has been processed and packaged.
We evaluate each order and send packages by the least expensive and most efficient method possible.
We will always do our best to package art safely and save you as much as possible. If shipping exceeds our estimate we will notify you before shipping.

Shipping Turnaround
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order, and an email containing delivery and tracking information is sent to the email address provided.
U.S. domestic orders are insured and shipped with tracking and may require a signature depending on the value.

Damage Policy
Great care is taken in packing your purchase for shipping. Damaged shipments are rare but should there be any damage please contact us immediately and make sure all packing materials are kept until issues can be resolved.

Current shipping options include United States Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx. All shipments are addressed from Beascott Enterprises, L.L.C. and packaging is kept purposely discreet to avoid being targeted for theft.
International Shipping and Import Taxes
International Orders are charged an additional estimated shipping fee calculated at time of checkout. Additionally, international orders may be subject to other import fee from the receiving country and customers may be liable for any value added taxes and import fees.
There are limitations and/or exceptions to insuring international shipments. Due to the many factors outside of our control, we accept no responsibility for loss or damage to international shipments unless prior arrangements are made with regard to the method of shipping and insuring the order.
