We want you completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are accepted for refund (minus shipping fees) if returned in saleable condition within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us at serviceguru@culturalart.org to obtain return authorization prior to shipping. All return shipments must be insured.

Payments

Paying for your order is simple and secure – Payments are accepted through PayPal payment services, however you do not need a PayPal account to make payment. PayPal accepts credit card, debit card, and e-check purchases. At the time of checkout only an authorization is run against your card. You will not be fully charged until your order is verified and final shipping is determined (see shipping below).

Other payment options – For any other payment arrangements, such as money orders or personal checks, you can make a selection at checkout and will be notified of total order costs by email before being asked to send payment.

Short term holds and layaways –  Just as much as we believe it is important artists get paid fairly for their work, we also feel it is important for art to be as accessible as possible to everyone. Maybe you need to wait a week or so before paying, or want to compile a few items together to save on shipping or need a couple months and want to make payments. Choose this option and we will work with you. Each request is handled on a case by case basis and certain restrictions apply including any items that require direct shipping from a vendor.

Sales Tax

As a business solely based in Arizona, we charge applicable Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax to web orders delivered within the state.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order, and an email containing delivery and tracking information is sent to the email address provided.

You will be charged the exact shipping and handling cost only. An estimated shipping fee is assessed at checkout  however you will only be charged for actual shipping and handling once the order has been processed and packaged.  International Orders are charged an additional estimated shipping fee calculated at time of checkout until actual shipping can be calculated. This may be more or less than the estimated amount but we will always do our best to package efficiently and save you as much as possible. If shipping exceeds our estimate we will notify you before shipping.

We evaluate each order and send packages by the least expensive and most efficient method possible. Shipping pricing varies greatly due to size, volume, weight, and distance. Current shipping options include United States Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx. If you need your order expressed shipped please contact us by email after your order.

All domestic orders are insured and shipped with tracking and a signature requirement for delivery. Domestic shipments are insured, however, there are limitations and/or exceptions to insuring international shipments. Due to the many factors outside of our control, we accept no responsibility for loss or damage to international shipments unless prior arrangements are made with regard to the method of shipping and insuring the order.

All shipments are addressed from Beascott Enterprises, L.L.C. and packaging is kept purposely discreet to avoid being targeted for theft.

Damage Policy

Great care is taken in packing your purchase for shipping. Damaged shipments are rare but should there be any damage please contact us immediately and make sure all packing materials are kept until issues can be resolved.

Security and Privacy

We recognize the importance of protecting the information of visitors to our site. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to keep your account and order transactions secure. We also use protection services designed to prevent intrusion and monitor for malware. Your information will never be sold to third parties and will be held in confidence with current or future site owners. We utilize PayPal for payment and do not see or collect your account numbers or bank information.

Please know this website does utilize cookie technology used by all modern websites which personalizes the user experience and provides anonymous usage information utilized to better understand who our users are and how they use the site. In some cases, specific user information and behavior will be collected by third-party marketing integration services. This includes our email marketing and social media initiatives that you can opt in and out of at any time.
