- Collector Price
We are fortunate to have several new pieces in stock and ready to ship from premier paper artist Izzy Morales. This piece is a great larger example of Izzy’s imaginative and very fine work. The character Mamá Caramelo (Candy Mama) dedicated to traveling the roads looking for lonely children. She attracts them with her colorful vehicle and her apparent kindness. she offers them tamales and atole only to end up taking them to her hut in the mountains. Of note, the vehicle she travels in is in itself a portal to the forest where she lives when you open it. It rolls and produces rattling sounds when moving and comes with its own display base. Lots of detail and moving parts. It almost has a Tim Burton-like feel to it.

He has been working with paper art since he was 6 years old. Now in his early thirties, he competes in national competitions with his award-winning work.
